So the video that will be created out of all the images and interviews about peoples ideas about home in relation to place is one element of the project. The caravan or 'mobile home' is the other. The plan is to renovate a vintage caravan into both a viewing area for the video as well as a place to stay during the exhibition. This is the caravan I purchased for the project. It is a Miami Contessa caravan made in Adelaide South Australia. I like the history of the caravan, made in South Australia and has been used since the 1960's!! Lot's of layers and good vibes in this one.
